poor soundproofing unannounced entry

the breakfast had a wide range to choose from.

i found the room was not sound proof , so i could hear noise from the balcony and the entrance. also , housekeeping entered my room one night to deliver towels without knocking.

constant noise unhelpful staff

the location provided a shuttle service, convenient.

The room had a constant engine-like noise, so it was difficult to sleep. The noise from the street added to the disturbance. the reception staff were also unhelpful and impolite, showing little concern . the condition of the place felt run down, and it did not resemble the online photos at all.

outdated bath dangerous bath

the service was top class i found everyone so friendly. the view from the balcony was also great.

the first room i got had a bath and a step-in shower it felt very outdated. i needed to ask for a change of rooms because stepping into a bath was dangerous after knee surgery. pictures of the rooms don't accurately show the bath and shower.

The breakfast buffet had many options. I found something I liked every morning! The hotel provided shuttle service to the street. The pools were large, I especially enjoyed the kids party with activities. It was super fun.

The hotel is on a hill! There were many steps to reach our room. My room wasn't sound proof, I could hear noise from both the balcony and the entrance. Housekeeping entered my room one night to deliver towels. This happened without knocking on the door!

clear water restaurant staff direct access

the swimming pools were great with clear water the kids party was fun for everyone my daughter enjoyed the playground. the breakfast had many options to choose from and the restaurant staff were cute. foot steps led directly to the beach and a convenience store was close.
